This is an album of basic recordings
I made of Anne Hooper (Anne2Hearts). These songs are elemental for participation
and nurturingl. As I worked with Anne I began to realise that there are places
in humans so tender and benign, one might not dare own them.

Neuro Bass
This is a record of improvised studio music and mixing made with analogue synths and tape machines. The symptom of neurosis are the focusing of the ear to small elements. In a bed rock of mad and rhythmic bass the treble floats clear.

This is an album of music by
Bernard Towers and Brian Field. This is Brian and Bernard at a peak of song
writing. Free and psychedelic the songs ridicule and pity the mortal coil
in moving arrangements, jumbles. Sometimes scary sometimes funny the songs
were mastered and interluded by CR at FRAGMENT.

The greatest part of this album is sketches - ideas for songs given grander productions (beast, progress). Lyrics are plentiful. Some songs are streams of improvised narrative (Storm panic, Science). Five musicians were recorded in various arrangements. Analogue tape-loops provide rhythms and analogue synths make it proper pre millennium.

Lost Highway
This band are old friends of mine. They asked me to do a demo recording to
send to gig promoters. I set the recording going using just two microphones
and they played till the end of the evening.
There are some wacky songs here, may be a bit blue grass, a bit bonzo, performed with simple instrumentation. Intriguing and funny I felt some of these recordings well worth publishing on line and here they are.
